To evaluate the perioperative and functional outcomes of holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) among patients with and without prior transurethral prostate surgery. we performed a systematic search of the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and Scopus databases for articles evaluating the effectiveness of salvage HoLEP (S-HoLEP) versus primary HoLEP (P-HoLEP) until January 2023. Nine studies involving 6044 patients were included for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Pleomorphic adenoma is the commonest benign salivary glands tumor. Major salivary glands are mainly involved, and there is very low reported incidence of such tumor in minor salivary glands of nasal cavity. We report a case of 69-year-old woman who complaint of chronic left nasal obstruction and recurrent scanty bleeding from left nostril for last 2 months.

Spindle cell hemangioma (SCH) is a benign unusual vascular neoplasm. It does not have gender predilection and can occur at all ages. The disease affects dermis and subcutis of distal extremities predominantly; head and neck involvement is very rare, paranasal sinus involvement has not been reported before.
