Introduction: Tracheo-bronchial amyloidosis is an uncommon localized form of amyloidosis. We report two new cases.
Exegesis: Two patients had developed expiratory dyspnea for several months.

Hydatid cysts rarely present as a cervical tumor. We report a case of hydatid cyst of the neck in a child with multiple hydatid cysts in the liver, which was revealed by laryngeal dyspnea. Symptoms occurred in a six year-old country dweller, who presented with progressive laryngeal dyspnea.

We report three personal cases of hydrocarbide aspiration pneumonia. High-viscosity non-volatile hydrocarbides (paraffin oil, for instance) cause often pseudotumoral exogenous fat-aspiration lung disease. Low-viscosity volatile hydrocarbides (petroleum, gasoline, white spirit, for instance) cause acute pseudo-infectious lung disease with dyspnea and fever which usually resolves within a few weeks but which may also be life-threatening.

Two cases of tracheal atresia are reported. This is a rare malformation which is responsible of neonatal respiratory distress, lack of cry at born and difficulties to put a tube inside the trachea. Various malformative abnormalities are commonly associated to tracheal atresia.

We report a new case of tracheo-bronchial tuberculosis. Diagnosis was suggested on CT examination first and then confirmed by endoscopy and bacteriological examinations. We discuss the possible mechanisms of stenosis.
