Background: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) is a pivotal treatment modality for primary plasma cell leukemia (pPCL). We aimed to examine the outcomes of allogeneic (allo) and autologous (auto) HCT in adult pPCL patients.
Methods: Following PRISMA guidelines, a comprehensive literature search was performed on PubMed, Cochrane, Embase, and Clinicaltrials.

In contrast to B-cell lymphoma, the advent of modern targeting drugs and immunotherapeutics has not led to major breakthroughs in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) to date. Therefore, both autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) continue to play a central role in the management of PTCL. Focusing on the most common entities (PTCL not otherwise specified, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, and ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma), we summarize evidence, indications, and points to consider for transplant strategies in PTCL by treatment line.

Background: To date, the only potential curative treatment for multiple myeloma (MM) remains allogeneic (allo) hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT), although, most patients will eventually relapse. In relapsed patients, donor lymphocyte infusions (DLIs) have been reported to control disease, but the optimal strategy prior to and doses of DLIs remain unclear. With this study (NCT03413800), we aimed to investigate the efficacy and toxicity of lenalidomide and dexamethasome (Len/Dex) followed by escalating pre-determined doses of DLIs in MM patients who relapsed after allo HCT.

Background: Psychosocial risk factors (PSRFs) have emerged as important nontraditional risk factors for poor medical outcomes but have not been well-studied in the field of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT).
Objectives: In this study, we retrospectively examined in-hospital and short-term outcomes in patients with PSRFs who underwent HSCT.
Methods: We used the National Readmission Database (NRD) to identify patients who underwent HSCT between 2011 and 2020.
