Background: Histopathological analysis of autopsied brains is the gold standard of diagnosis in neurodegenerative disorders. Co-registered histology and MRI scans aid in understanding pathology and structural features. Previous studies focused on the medial temporal lobe (MTL) for atrophy patterns in phosphorylated tau (p-tau) pathology and in whole hemisphere scans with contralateral semi-quantitative p-tau measures.

In addition to typical arthritis, there is also structural bone loss in the talus due to diseases such as talar avascular necrosis. Total talus replacement surgery is the procedure of choice in end-stage ankle arthritis and consists of a tibial, talar component and an insert.

Background: Regenerative endodontics' primary objective is to establish a favorable environment in the root canal by removing infection, providing a sturdy scaffold, and sealing the apical end of the tooth tightly. These actions should promote pulp regeneration and root development.

Aim: This study evaluated histologically the regenerative potential of injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel or collagen with blood clot as scaffolds during revascularization of immature necrotic dog's teeth.
