Introduction: Team-based learning (TBL) is a type of active learning. While TBL was first used in medical instruction at the start of the 2000s, its efficacy within the physician assistant (PA) education has yet to be demonstrated. Materials And Methods: The study included 80 study participants, who were divided into four groups based on the type of material used to enhance gingival thickness. Two groups utilized collagen matrices, Fibro-Gide and FibroMatrix as materials, while the other two groups utilized CTG obtained from the hard palate or tubercle area of the maxilla as controls.
Objective: To analyze the dynamics of the condition of the mucous membrane in patients with metabolic syndrome at the stage of preparation for dental prosthetics using dental implants.
Material And Methods: 255 patients (151 women and 104 men) aged from 35 to 65 years were examined. 3 groups were formed: 2 study groups and a comparison group.

Background: Cystic fibrosis is a multisystem disease characterised by the production of thick secretions causing recurrent pulmonary infection, often with unusual bacteria. Intravenous (IV) antibiotics are commonly used in the treatment of acute deteriorations in symptoms (pulmonary exacerbations); however, recently the assumption that exacerbations are due to increases in bacterial burden has been questioned.
