We describe a case of congenital duplication involving urogenital organs, pelvis and tail in a dog diagnosed by ultrasound scanning, retrograde urethrocystography, and excretory urography. Left nephrectomy, cystectomy, urethral resection, orchidectomy, penectomy, and caudectomy were the treatment options for this case. No spine or intestinal alteration was observed by radiography.

Aims: To evaluate if urethrovaginal reflux (UVR) is an underestimated cause of insensible or postmicturition incontinence in adult women.
Methods: An observational and retrospective study was carried out on the computerized records of a neuro-urology department. Female patients who had insensible or postmicturition incontinence were investigated.
Case Description: A 6-year-old castrated male Bactrian camel was evaluated because of a 14hour history of oliguria and stranguria that progressed to anuria.
Clinical Findings: Perineal urethral pulsations and intermittent tail flagging with no accompanying urination were observed. Ultrasonography of the urethra revealed multiple hyperechoic foci with shadowing artifact indicative of calculi present in the penile urethra distal to the sigmoid flexure.
