Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely administered in all age groups due to their effectiveness in reducing fever, relieving pain, and reducing inflammation. However, they have also been identified as the second most common cause of drug-induced hypersensitivity reactions, after beta-lactam antibiotics. Adverse reactions to NSAIDs can range from expected pharmacological side effects such as gastritis to severe allergies, including anaphylaxis.

Background: Food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) is a specific non IgE-mediated food allergy. The international consensus guidelines defined diagnosis criteria and management plan in 2017.
Objectives: To assess practices regarding FPIES in France and in French-speaking countries, according to those guidelines.

We present a rare case of asymptomatic allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) concurrent with active pulmonary tuberculosis. Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is an immunological pulmonary disorder characterized by hypersensitivity to Aspergillus fumigatus, while pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) is a complex infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB). The association between pulmonary tuberculosis infections and Aspergillus infections remains a fascinating area of inquiry.
