Head and neck skin angiosarcoma is a rare and aggressive tumor (1 % of head and neck tumors). Prognosis remains poor, with a 5-year survival rate ranging from 10 to 54%, depending on the initial stage. Metastatic disease markedly worsens the prognosis.

Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is a necrotizing vasculitis of small and medium vessels with involvement of the upper and lower respiratory tract and necrotizing pauci-immune glomerulonephritis [1]. This vasculitis has a higher incidence in men in the sixth decade of life and more than 80% of patients have positive anti-neutrophil cytoplasm (ANCA) antibodies [1,2]. We present the case of a 23-year-old man with two weeks of evolution with polyarthralgia, asthenia, and cough with hemoptoic sputum.

After a recall of the epidemiological cycle of plague, the authors describe the course of this disease from 1989 to 1992. Out of 2676 pathological samples suspected of plague, 2105 biological examinations were carried out. 312 cases were confirmed and 335 considered as probable.
