Jejunal diverticulum perforation is a rare condition and presents diagnostic challenges. A 41-year-old male presented to the emergency room with a history of vague, generalized, and continuous abdominal pain for two days. He was vitally stable; however, the abdominal examination revealed a soft and distended abdomen with positive rebound tenderness.

Proximal jejunal enteroliths, a rare form of small bowel pathology, involve calculi formation within the proximal ileum, leading to complications such as bowel obstruction and perforation. Due to their rarity and nonspecific presentation, enteroliths pose diagnostic and management challenges for clinicians. A 73-year-old male with a history of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth was admitted with acute abdominal pain, small bowel obstruction, and hypovolemic haemorrhagic shock.

Jejunal diverticulosis is a rare form of diverticulosis characterized by acquired pseudodiverticula in the small bowel. Although most cases are asymptomatic, the condition can present diagnostic challenges due to its atypical presentation. Complications such as perforation can lead to acute abdomen, significantly increasing morbidity and mortality.
