Purpose: To study the effects of breathing exercises on preventing pulmonary complications in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
Methods: Observing whether preoperative breathing exercises can reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery; observing whether these exercises can improve postoperative arterial oxygen pressure, oxygen saturation, and the distance walked in a six-minute walk test after surgery; as well as reduce hospital stay duration, lower treatment costs, and improve the quality of life as measured by the Short Form-36 Health Survey (SF-36).
Design: The study population includes patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft surgery under general anesthesia; the research center is Capital Medical University Xuanwu Hospital; the sample size is 120.

The determination of fatigue states holds significant importance, especially through reliable and conveniently available physiological indicators. Background: Evidence of the effectiveness of physiotherapy, including muscle strength training, coordination training, aerobic exercise, cycling regimen, balance training, gait training, and activity of daily living training, in patients with degenerative cerebellar ataxia (DCA) was insufficient for clinical decision making. We aimed to explore clinical outcomes and examine the parameters associated with physical impairment and activity in people with DCA based on preregistration (PROSPERO: CRD42024493883).
Methods: The PubMed, Cochrane Library, CHINAL, and PEDro databases were searched for relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs).

Background: Iliac vein compression syndrome (IVCS) impedes venous blood return from the lower extremities due to iliac vein compression, manifesting as leg swelling, varicose veins, and thrombosis. These symptoms significantly degrade quality of life. Although iliac vein stenting provides symptomatic relief, the recovery process is protracted and fraught with challenges such as in-stent restenosis and psychological distress.
