Gloriosa L. possesses exceptional ornamental value, with its floral hues exhibiting a wide range of variations. In this study, we employed sophisticated colorimetry, Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), and transcriptome sequencing to investigate the phenotypic expression of tepal colors, the composition of carotenoids and anthocyanins, and the differential gene expression in four Gloriosa varieties during their full bloom phase.

Background: The link between the digital economy and prosperity is well established. However, the mechanism underlying the relationship between the digital economy and common prosperity is yet to be investigated.
Study Rationale And Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to address this mechanism by examining the extent to which the digital economy has optimized regional investments in protecting the environment, particularly the resilience of environmental investment, thus influencing common prosperity.

Rocky desertification (RD) is a severe phenomenon in karst areas, often referred to as "ecological cancer." However, studies on RD rarely include comparative analysis of different man-land relationship areas. This lack of analysis leads to difficulties in preventing and controlling RD in local areas with complex man-land relationships.
