Introduction: Pubic symphysis osteomyelitis is a rare complication of hernia repair, it is easily mistaken for osteitis pubis (OP) which can lead to a significant delay in diagnosis and prolonged pain for the patient.
Case Report: We present the case of a 41-year-old male who presented with complaints of diffuse low back pain, perineal pain for 8 weeks after bilateral laparoscopic hernia repair. The patient was initially considered to have OP and managed however pain did not relieve with treatment.

Cystinuria, which is the cause of cystine urolithiasis, accounts for 2-6% of all urinary stones in children, has a low prevalence with a high recurrence rate, making this metabolic disorder a therapeutic challenge in pediatric population. The aim of this work is evaluate the efficacy and safety of retrograde intra-renal surgery (RIRS) in pediatric patients with cystinuria and kidney stones smaller than 2 cm. Prospective study of 64 stones treated in 22 retrograde intra-renal surgeries (RIRS) in cystinuric pediatric patients with renal or proximal ureteral stones less than 2 cm.

Purpose Of Review: This review aims to update the studies involving the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) in neurogenic patients, published in the last two years.
Recent Findings: Treatment of neurogenic LUTS (NLUTS) patients with β3 adrenoreceptor agonists was investigated in real-life conditions. A randomized controlled trial compared the efficacy of antimuscarinics versus onabotulinum toxin A in neurogenic patients.
