Vodobatinib is a Bcr-Abl 1 inhibitor, currently entering into Phase 2 clinical trials as a potential drug to treat glioblastoma patients. In the present work, a validated high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detection method for the quantification of vodobatinib in rat plasma was established. Sample preparation involved liquid-liquid extraction method.

Background/objectives: Bloodstream infection by carbapenem-resistant (CRAB) is a serious clinical problem worldwide. To study its clonal relationship and genetic features, we report the draft genome sequence of CRAB strains isolated from human blood in South Korea.
Methods: Among strains isolated from patients at nine general hospitals in 2020, 12 CRAB strains of different genotypes were selected.

Methods: The microarray data from GSE73680 and bioinformatic analysis were applied to identify differentially expressed genes in patients with kidney stones. A rat model of kidney stones was established through ethylene glycol and ammonium chloride administration.

Introduction: Aluminum phosphide is a cheap and commonly used rodenticide that is also an effective solid fumigant and frequently used for grain preservation. The pill contains around 44% inert elements (ammonium carbonate) to avoid disintegration of the tablet, while the rest (about 56%) is aluminum phosphide. Because it is freely available on the market, it is one of the commonly used agents for self-poisoning in different parts of the developing world.
