Unlabelled: Incidences of fluconazole (FLC) resistance among clinical isolates are a growing issue in clinics. The pleiotropic drug response network in confers azole resistance and is defined primarily by the ZnCys zinc cluster-containing transcription factor Pdr1 and target genes such as , which encodes an ATP-binding cassette transporter protein thought to act as an FLC efflux pump. Mutations in the gene that render the transcription factor hyperactive are the most common cause of fluconazole resistance among clinical isolates.

Objective: This study aims to compare the risks of different antipsychotics in causing hyperprolactinemia, taking into account the age, gender, and onset time.
Materials And Methods: We searched the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) from January 1, 2004, to March 31, 2022, for reports of hyperprolactinemia treated with antipsychotics. We evaluated the association between antipsychotics and the risk of hyperprolactinemia using reporting odds ratio (ROR) based on a disproportionality analysis.

Understanding the relationship between empathy, subjective effects of addictive reinforcers and dopamine function in people with gambling disorder (PGD) vs. healthy controls (HCs) may inform GD treatment. The current investigation addressed this issue via retrospective analysis of data from three studies using amphetamine and a slot machine (SLOTS) as reinforcers in PGD and HCs.
