Background And Importance: We describe, to our knowledge, the first report of fully endoscopic microvascular decompression (MVD) of the trochlear nerve in a patient with superior oblique myokymia (SOM).
Clinical Presentation: A 51-year-old female presented with multiple years of intermittent, "jumpy," and "shimmering" visual disturbances. She was diagnosed with SOM.

The petrous and tentorial dural arteriovenous fistulas are vascular malformations that are very infrequent but highly aggressive, with a significant risk of intracranial hemorrhage and neurological deficits. Optimal management remains one of the most debated subjects, with various series reporting endovascular and microsurgical approaches. Therefore, this systematic review aims to assess the efficacy, safety, and outcomes of different treatment modalities of petrous and tentorial dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVFs) based on clinical presentation, imaging techniques, treatment outcome, and complications arising in the course of their treatment.

Background And Purpose: Efficacy of tumor embolization for posterior fossa meningioma is controversial due to the lack of adequate embolization for dangerous feeders. Of these, a meningohypophyseal trunk (MHT) has high therapeutic value despite the high risks associated with embolization.
Materials And Methods: To analyze the utility of preoperative MHT embolization for posterior fossa meningiomas using BCA with dual balloon protection, a single center retrospective record review was performed on eight consecutive patients who underwent preoperative tumor embolization via the MHT for posterior fossa meningiomas between 2020 and 2024.

Background: Skull base surgery requires anatomical knowledge and appropriate surgical technique in bone drilling. We developed a newly modified three-dimensional (3D) model of the posterior cranial fossa as a learning tool that improves knowledge of skull base anatomy and surgical approaches, including skull base drilling techniques.
Methods: This bone model of the posterior cranial fossa was created based on computed tomography data using a 3D printer, and incorporates artificial cranial nerves, cerebral vessels, bony structures, dura mater, and cerebellar tentorial dura.
