Aim: Thyroid nodules, based on high-resolution ultrasonography (HRUS), are among the most common endocrine abnormalities that affect the general population because of their high estimated prevalence rates. Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is a safe, cost-effective modality to differentiate between benign and malignant thyroid nodules based on the Bethesda System for Reporting Thyroid Cytopathology (BSRTC), thus avoiding unnecessary surgery. However, categories III and IV of BSRTC remain a controversial issue in clinical practice, encompassing a wide range of risks of malignancy.

Although lipomas can develop anywhere in the digestive tract, they are seldom found within the intestinal tract. Typically asymptomatic, colonic lipomas usually do not require treatment unless they result in symptoms that warrant surgical intervention.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the value of a radiomic nomogram based on contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CECT) for differentiating benign and malignant solid-containing renal masses.
Materials And Methods: A total of 122 patients with pathologically confirmed benign (n=47) or malignant (n=75) solid-containing renal masses were enrolled in this study. Radiomic features were extracted from the arterial, venous and delayed phases and further analysed by dimensionality reduction and selection.

Pseudogynecomastia is male breast enlargement due to excessive fat, while true gynecomastia is a proliferation of glandular tissue. Gynecomastia is common in infants, adolescents, and elderly men, with the most common cause is related to hormonal changes associated with aging.
