Introduction: Pectoralis Minor (PM) length shortening may contribute to faulty scapular. kinematics and result in shoulder pathology.
Purpose: of the Study: To evaluate if a prone scapular retraction exercise will demonstrate an immediate lengthening of the pectoralis minor (PM) in healthy participants.

(1) Background: Contracting diseases or being exposed to adverse environmental factors in the first year of life may impair the development of body posture and motor coordination. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation between data on the speed of passive verticalization, the number of risk factors and the quality of development in the first year of life, and the results of the functional examination of these individuals in adolescence. (2) Methods: Two groups of 60 volunteers, aged 9-14 years, were examined by performing functional tests and the retrospective analysis of their development up to the age of 1 year.

Although there are studies showing that myofascial release will increase muscle force production, the contribution of its application alone to muscle force production has not been examined. Aim of the study is to investigate the effect of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) on eccentric strength, frontal plane projection angle (FPPA), dynamic (DPS), and static postural stability (SPS), femoral internal rotation (FIR) angle in females with dynamic knee valgus (DKV). A total of 44 recreationally active females with asymptomatic DKV (age: 21,39 ± 1,79, body mass index: 20,09 ± 2,45) participated and were randomly assigned to either control group (CG) or IASTM group (IASTMG).

Distance running related injuries are common, and many ailments have been associated with faulty posture. Conventional measurement of running kinematics requires sophisticated motion capture system in laboratory. In this study, we developed a wearable solution to accurately predict lower limb running kinematics using a single inertial measurement unit placed on the left lower leg.

Femoroacetabular impingement is one possible cause for groin pain and can lead to long periods of absence for football players. In cam impingement, the end-grade position of the leg at kicking makes the hip particularly prone to faulty contact between the acetabulum and the femoral head. Studies suggest that the resting position of the pelvis in the sagittal plane may have an important role in the biomechanics of movement in the presence of cam impingement.
