Background: The rise of antibiotic-resistant pathogens has intensified the search for novel antimicrobial agents. This study aimed to isolate from local soil samples and evaluate its antimicrobial properties, along with optimizing the production of bioactive compounds.
Methods: Soil samples were collected from local regions, processed, and analysed for Streptomyces strains isolation using morphological characteristics and molecular identification through 16S rRNA gene PCR assay.

Introduction: Nanobubble ozone stored in hyaluronic acid-decorated liposomes (patent application PCT/TR2022/050177) was used, and the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) was found to be 1562 ppm. (patient isolate), (patient isolate), (MRSA) (ATCC12493), and (ATCC25922) bacteria, which are hospital-acquired and healthcare-associated infections, were used. A time-dependent efficacy study was conducted at 1600 ppm.

The drug resistance problem of needs to be solved urgently. Here, we report the rapid identification of human antibodies by high-throughput single-cell RNA and VDJ sequencing of memory B cells derived from 64 volunteers immunized with recombinant five-component vaccine (clinical phase I). From 676 antigen-binding IgG1 clonotypes, TOP10 sequences were selected for expression and characterization, with the most potent one, Abs-9, having nanomolar affinity for the pentameric form of the specific antigen protein A.

Background: Technological development has led to the wide use of mobile phones. However, the role of the hand-held device in the possible spread of antibiotic-resistant bacterial pathogens considering gender variation, especially among Nigerian undergraduates is poorly understood. This study aimed to assess bacterial isolates recovered from male and female mobile phones for antibiotic resistance and determine possible factors that could facilitate their spread.
