Unlabelled: The COVID-19 epidemic has made significant changes in the organization of treatment process both at the inpatient and outpatient stages.

Objective: To analyze the work results of the rehabilitation units dealing with patients who have suffered from COVID-19, in order to summarize the used approaches to medical rehabilitation and improve the effectiveness of care delivery in the recovery phase.

Results And Conclusion: Currently, the rehabilitation system has been effectively rebuilt to meet new challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Delineating morbidity patterns in preterm infants at near-term age using a data-driven approach.

Background: Long-term survival after premature birth is significantly determined by development of morbidities, primarily affecting the cardio-respiratory or central nervous system. Existing studies are limited to pairwise morbidity associations, thereby lacking a holistic understanding of morbidity co-occurrence and respective risk profiles.

Methods: Our study, for the first time, aimed at delineating and characterizing morbidity profiles at near-term age and investigated the most prevalent morbidities in preterm infants: bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), pulmonary hypertension (PH), mild cardiac defects, perinatal brain pathology and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).

Background: We estimated healthcare resource utilization (HRU) and costs in patients with generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in Taiwan.

Methods: This retrospective population-based, matched cohort study used the National Health Insurance Research Database to identify prevalent patients with gMG (cases) in 2019. In total, 2537 cases were matched (1:4) by age, sex, and urbanization level to 10148 randomly selected patients without gMG (comparators).

Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction was firstly recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage(ZHANG Zhong-jing, Eastern Han dynasty). According to this medical classic, it is originally used in the treatment of the Shaoyang and Yangming syndrome. Based on the modern pathophysiological mechanism, this study interpreted the classic provisions of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.
