The soft tissue profile changes entailed by the operation were examined on teleroentgen image taken before and after operation in case of fifty patients with progenia and prognatism. The connection between the moving of the body and soft tissue of oral parts was determined and on basis thereof, the operational prognostics of the soft tissue was elaborated. The operational prognostics based on observations is shown on the photographical and x-ray documentation of one of the author's patients.

Of 98 patients with mycosis fungoides, 55 have been treated with teleroentgen therapy and 43 with low voltage radiation at a shorter distance. Teleroentgen therapy is indicated in the stage of generalized eczematous lesions or superficial infiltration. According to the Hamburg method, a dose of 300 R was delivered to eight fields at a target distance of 120 cm.
