Background: Elinzanetant is a dual neurokinin-1,3 receptor antagonist in development for the treatment of menopausal vasomotor symptoms. The objectives of these studies were to characterize the mass balance and biotransformation of elinzanetant.
Methods: In the clinical evaluation, whole blood, plasma, urine, and feces were collected from healthy fasted male volunteers (n = 6) following a single dose of 120 mg [C]-elinzanetant oral suspension for analysis of total radioactivity and metabolite profiling.

Unlabelled: To reduce the inflammatory reaction that occurs in the nasal mucosa after surgical interventions, it seems promising to develop methods of preventive preparation of the epithelium to the effects of damaging factors in the preoperative period.
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the protective effect of sodium deoxyribonuclease solution on the nasal mucosa in the preoperative period in rhinological patients.
Material And Methods: 71 patients were examined after septoplasty with vasotomy of the lower nasal concha for curvature of the nasal septum and vasomotor rhinitis.

Normal-functioning endothelium is crucial to maintaining vascular homeostasis and inhibiting the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis. Exercise training has been proven effective in regulating arterial endothelial function, and the effect of this regulation is closely related to exercise intensity and the status of arterial endothelial function. With this review, we investigated the effects of the exercise of different intensity on the function of arterial endothelium and the underlying molecular biological mechanisms.

Background: Magnesium is a micronutrient and an intracellular cation responsible for different biochemical reactions involved in energy production and storage, control of neuronal and vasomotor activity, cardiac excitability, and muscle contraction. Magnesium deficiency may result in impaired physical performance. Moreover, magnesium plays an important role on delayed onset muscle soreness after training.
