Background: Esophageal strictures following esophageal atresia repair are a source of significant morbidity. To test new therapeutic approaches, we designed a piglet model of esophageal stricture by resecting variable lengths of esophagus with subsequent re-anastomosis. This study describes the model and validates its physiologic impact by blinded analysis of the weight gains of the piglets.

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound (HFCDU) in detecting perforators in the deep adipose layers for harvesting super-thin anterolateral thigh flap (ALTF).
Methods: Between August 2019 and January 2023, 45 patients (46 sides) with skin and soft tissue defects in the foot and ankle were treated, including 29 males and 16 females, aged from 22 to 62 years, with an average of 46.7 years.

To investigate histopathological changes and serous carcinoma precursors such as secretory cell outgrowths (SCOUTs) and p53 signature in the bilateral tubal ligation (BTL) materials used during cesarean section (S/C). : In total, 138 patients underwent S/C and tubal sterilization (TS) between October 2020 and May 2021 at Konya City Hospital. Method: Included in the study were 30 patients who underwent robotic surgery for gastric cancer at the General Surgery Clinic between July 2021 and 2022.
Our patient was a man in his 70s who underwent proximal gastrectomy with double tract reconstruction in 2013. He was diagnosed with cStage Ⅳ unresectable remnant gastric cancer with paraaortic lymph node metastases in 2021. He was treated with 5 courses of S-1 plus oxaliplatin therapy.
