Background: Infertility was often considered a female issue, but male infertility emerged significantly after the Covid-19 pandemic. Hence, assessments are crucial for planning policies on health care and family planning and reasons thereof post vaccinations.

Urethral duplication is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by more than one urethral channel, with varied course, location of the external opening, and presentation. Presentations can be varied, depending upon individual anatomical dispensation but mostly present as obstruction, recurrent urinary infection, or double urinary stream. Treatment depends on the type of duplication and associated anomalies.

Mitral and tricuspid regurgitation, linked to high morbidity and mortality, are increasingly treated with interventional edge-to-edge repair, showing excellent results in favorable anatomy. Recently, interventional valve replacement strategies have emerged. We present a patient with severe dyspnea and leg edema who was diagnosed with severe mitral and torrential tricuspid regurgitation.

An 80-year-old woman with history of intermittent chest pain presented with a new self-limited episode. A 12-lead electrocardiogram was performed while she was asymptomatic, showing large T waves in V to V. We report a not so known electrocardiographic pattern that can be particularly valuable for identifying patients at high risk of extensive myocardial infarction and its subsequent complications.
