Background: Patients with anti-MAG neuropathy present with distal demyelinating polyneuropathy, IgM monoclonal gammopathy, and elevated titers of anti-MAG antibodies.
Objective: This paper reviews what is known about the clinical presentation, course, pathophysiology, and treatment of anti-MAG neuropathy, with considerations for the design of therapeutic trials.
Methods: A literature review of the medical and scientific literature related to anti-MAG neuropathy, and the design of therapeutic clinical trials in peripheral neuropathy.

Sudden cardiac death is often caused by ventricular arrhythmias driven by reentry. Comprehensive characterization of the potential triggers and substrate in survivors of sudden cardiac arrest has provided insights into the trigger-substrate interaction leading to reentry. Previously, a "Triangle of Arrhythmogenesis", reflecting interactions between substrate, trigger and modulating factors, has been proposed to reason about arrhythmia initiation.

Background: Respiratory failure is a common complication of Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS). This study aimed to determine the clinical predictors and electrodiagnostic (EDx) characteristics in patients with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) with respiratory failure.
Methods: The retrospective study included 29 confirmed GBS cases with respiratory failure and age- (±5 years) and sex-matched controls (1:1).

Aim: Absence of the F-wave may represent the inability of spinal motor neurons to be excited after periods of inactivity. Repetitive stimulation in an otherwise immobile patient acts as a voluntary movement therefore allowing for the production of an F-wave in a patient with previously demonstrated absent F-waves. Through this case report, we attempt to highlight that the absence of the F-wave may result from inexcitability of spinal motor neurons after reduced mobilization.
