[Activity of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase in serum and urine of patients with polycystic renal disease and hepatic cystic disease].

The determination of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase activity was carried out by the Rosalka et al. method in the serum and urine in the control group of healthy persons (20 cases), in the group of polycystic renal disease and hepatic cystic disease (18 patients), and in the group of polycystic renal disease (in 32 patients in the serum, and in 28 patients in the urine). No significant differences were found in the values of the enzyme activity in the studied patients in relation to the control group.
