Background: Amyloid-related Imaging Abnormalities (ARIA) are side effects of beta-amyloid plaque-lowering monoclonal antibody drugs (APLmAbs). Understanding of ARIA mechanisms, risks, nature, evolution and optimal approaches to mitigation and management remains incomplete.
