Granular cell tumours are rare, mostly benign masses that arise from Schwann cells. Their pathophysiology is poorly understood, but the lesions are often seen in the breast, tongue, and skin. In this case report, we discuss a 34-year-old patient with recurrent pneumonia.

A 63-year-old Japanese woman was referred to our hospital due to dry cough, fever, hoarseness, stridor, and difficulty breathing. Chest computed tomography showed circumferential wall thickening in the trachea, carina, right main bronchus, and right upper lobe bronchus, and granular and nodular shadows in right S. Flexible laryngofiberscopy showed yellowish dry respiratory secretions adhering to the subglottis.

Unlabelled: About 2% of all lung malignancies are pulmonary carcinoid tumors, a family of neuroendocrine tumors. Rarely does a typical tracheal carcinoid of the trachea manifest as an endoluminal polypoidal tumor.
Case Presentation: The author describe a 61-year-old nonsmoker who complained of growing nonexertional shortness of breath 5 years ago.

Introduction And Importance: Pulmonary granular cell tumor (GCT) is a very rare neoplasm that originates from Schwann cells.
Case Presentation: Our case report describes a symptomatic benign pulmonary GCT found during follow-up CT imaging and was eventually excised with a good outcome.
Clinical Discussion: GCT are mostly benign tumors.

A 55-year-old woman with COPD, heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (congestive heart failure), diabetes mellitus, and hypertension presented with baseline dyspnea at rest that had worsened over the last week. She reported associated runny nose, congestion, and cough productive of green sputum. She smoked six cigarettes per day and denied alcohol, drugs, or occupational exposure.
