Objective: To study the semiology characteristics of motor seizures of axial and shoulder girdle muscles (ASMs) by stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) and its value in determining location of epileptogenic zone.
Methods: A total of 598 patients underwent SEEG assessment in Sanbo Brain Hospital were reviewed; 65 patients with ASMs selected. Thirteen semiology feature items were extracted according to the location and symmetry of involved axial muscles, direction of movement, etc.

(1) Context: The management of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is based on a rapid diagnosis. The aim of this study was to focus on the ACS symptoms differences according to gender, in order to contribute to the improvement of knowledge regarding the clinical presentation in women. (2) Methods: We searched for relevant literature in two electronic databases, and analyzed the symptom presentation for patients with suspected ACS.

Introduction: The painful shoulder is an entity that generates much of the orthopedic consultations worldwide, although it can affect at any stage of life, its prevalence is higher as age increases. Rotator cuff condition is often the most relevant cause of pain and dysfunction. Two common consequences of rotator cuff condition are pseudoparesis and pseudoparalysis, and even though they share similar etiology and symptomatology, their clinical differentiation is critical for optimal management and timely resolution.

In this report, we describe a female patient with trisomy 4p, a rare genetic condition, with unusual seizure semiology. The patient is one of the oldest reported survivors with this condition. This semiology was noted while she was being monitored by inpatient video telemetry.

We report a girl with a drug-resistant frontal lobe epilepsy caused by focal cortical dysplasia, who exhibited uncommon seizures. The seizures consisted of shoulder or whole body shuddering after a short psychic aura and face grimacing. Consciousness was fully preserved.
