Background: Ventricular arrhythmias (VAs) frequently occur in the acute phase of myocarditis. Possible arrhythmic recurrences and the risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD) in this setting are reasons for concern, and limited data have been published to guide clinical management of these patients. The aim of the present paper is to report the incidence of major arrhythmic events, defined as sustained VA, SCD and appropriate implantable cardiac-defibrillator (ICD) treatment, in patients with acute myocarditis and ventricular arrhythmic phenotype.

Background: Over 250 million children are developing sub-optimally due to their exposure to early life adversities. While previous studies have examined the effects of nutritional status, psychosocial adversities, and environmental pollutants on children's outcomes, little is known about their interaction and cumulative effects.
Objectives: This study aims to investigate the independent, interaction, and cumulative effects of nutritional, psychosocial, and environmental factors on children's cognitive development and mental health in urban and rural India.

Masquerading bundle branch block (MBBB) is a rare presentation of bifascicular blocks. It is the result of a right bundle branch block associated with an advanced left anterior fascicular block due to extensive damage to the conduction system. We present the case of a 75-year-old male with late onset presentation anterior wall myocardial infarction (MI) with ongoing ischemia (which evolved into a ventricular septal defect [VSD]).

Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) and takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) are cardiac conditions that can occur in the peripartum period. They have distinct characteristics and incidence rates; although rare, both contribute to the second leading cause of all-cause maternal mortality in the state of Missouri. PPCM can lead to heart failure, and TCM can cause acute arrhythmias leading to sudden cardiac death in otherwise healthy individuals.

Unlabelled: is to demonstrate the effect of fractional CO laser treatment on vulvar skin in lichen sclerosus using multimodal optical coherence tomography (MM OCT).
Materials And Methods: The study included 3 clinical cases of vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) (histologically classified as early, early with dermal edema, late) and 2 control cases without vulvar pathology. Patients with VLS underwent 3 procedures of fractional CO laser treatment with an interval of 30-40 days.
