Various new dental treatment methods have been introduced in dental clinics, and many new materials have been used in recent years for dental treatments. Dentistry is divided into several specialties, each offering unique treatments, such as endodontics, implantology, oral surgery, and orthodontics. CT and MR images after dental treatment reveal a variety of hard- and soft-tissue changes and dental materials, which often cause image artifacts.

Nonpregnant and pregnant women who present with acute pelvic pain can pose a diagnostic challenge in the emergency setting. The clinical presentation is often nonspecific, and the differential diagnosis may be very broad. These symptoms are often indications for pelvic US, which is the primary imaging modality when an obstetric or gynecologic cause is suspected.

Background: Takotsubo cardiomyopathy usually presents with acute reversible left ventricular apical hypokinesia and apical ballooning with basal hyperdynamic function. We describe an underreported case of Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM), misinterpreted as apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) due to transient apical oedema in the recovery phase of the condition.
Case Summary: A 74-year-old Caucasian woman, presented to the emergency department complaining of retrosternal chest pain following, emotional stress.
