Introduction: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disease of unknown etiology characterized by the formation of noncaseating epithelioid granulomas. Clinically significant renal involvement is rare in sarcoidosis. It most commonly manifests as chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis and nephrocalcinosis with nephrolithiasis.

Shoulder abscesses, commonly resulting from bacterial infections, can occasionally present with atypical etiologies and delayed onset. We report a rare case of a massive polymicrobial shoulder abscess developing two decades after an insect bite, emphasizing its clinical presentation, diagnostic approach, and surgical management. A 65-year-old female presented with severe, progressively worsening right shoulder pain, a 20 cm swelling, and purulent discharge persisting for 15 days.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) is a genetic disorder commonly characterized by café-au-lait macules, neurofibromas and axillary freckling. We present the case of a 20-year-old female who had bilateral neck swellings, and these swellings were misdiagnosed as cervical lymphadenopathy, and the patient was started on anti-tubercular therapy (ATT), but the swellings didn't show any improvement despite 6 months of ATT. Further examination revealed thickening of the greater auricular, supratrochlear and supraorbital nerves, accompanied by an unusual freckling pattern along the thickened nerves, which were suggestive of neurofibromatosis.

Situs anomalies, including situs inversus and situs ambiguous (SAMB), are rare congenital conditions typically noted in pediatric populations, with SAMB being particularly uncommon in adults. This case study addresses the incidental discovery of situs ambiguous with polysplenia in a 65-year-old man evaluated for suspected adrenal adenoma. The patient's medical history included benign prostatic hyperplasia and tuberculous pleurisy.
