Purpose: Systemic racism across healthcare systems perpetuates health disparities. While pharmacy curricula are changing, most pharmacy team members in Canada have received minimal to no training in First Nations cultural safety and humility. Background: To characterize the retreatment course of patients with thyroid eye disease (TED), who had reactivation after initial therapy with teprotumumab.
Methods: This was a single-center longitudinal cohort study of patients who received an initial course of teprotumumab for active TED and were followed for at least 6 months. Reactivation was defined as the increase of proptosis of 2 mm or more or an increase in Clinical Activity Score (CAS) of two points or more, as adapted from the Optic-X study.

Purpose: To evaluate the healing of meniscal repair performed concomitantly with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) using second-look arthroscopy, as well as the relationship between meniscal healing and knee laxity using quantitative evaluation under anesthesia.
Methods: This retrospective study included patients who underwent primary double-bundle ACLR with meniscal repair between June 2016 and June 2021, with a 2-year minimum follow-up. Meniscal healing was evaluated by second-look arthroscopy at least 1 year postoperatively, and knee laxity was measured under general anesthesia preoperatively, intraoperatively, and at second-look arthroscopy.

We spoke to 18 autistic people about their experiences at work, and their ideas about success at work.

Purpose: Transoral laser microsurgery is the mainstay in treating early-stage laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. However, consensus is lacking in non-radical surgery for infiltrating cancer, and even doubts are cast for patients with laryngeal dysplasia at the resection margins. In this study we aim to assess the prognostic significance of laryngeal dysplasia at the surgical margins in patients radically treated for infiltrating cancer.
