Lyme neuroborreliosis can present with isolated neurological manifestations, posing diagnostic challenges, especially in the absence of hallmark dermatological symptoms like erythema migrans. This case highlights a patient with isolated cervical radiculopathy due to Lyme neuroborreliosis, presenting without systemic features such as fever, arthralgia, or rash. The diagnosis was confirmed through serological testing, with positive findings on the Western blot.

Neurosarcoidosis (NS) is a rare form of sarcoidosis, with isolated hypothalamic-pituitary involvement being exceptionally uncommon. We report a 20-year-old woman presenting with polyuria, galactorrhea, amenorrhea, and substantial weight loss. Hormonal evaluation revealed hypopituitarism with arginine-vasopressin deficiency and hyperprolactinemia.

A 36-year-old woman with a history of neck swelling was diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma, a common but typically slow-growing thyroid cancer with a good prognosis. Despite frequent lymph node metastasis, mortality rates are low. This cancer can rarely spread to unusual areas like the axillary region.

Increased thrombotic events that occur in up to one-third of patients with COVID-19 are predominantly pulmonary emboli (PE), which are associated with higher severity and increased mortality. Acute PE should therefore be one of the main differential diagnoses among patients with hemodynamic instability. Early treatment of such a condition with systemic thrombolysis remains the first line of treatment especially in patients with COVID-19, which hinders further invasive intervention.
