Over the past 10 years in the Russian Federation, the health of citizens has been steadily deteriorating: the level of natural population decline is increasing, and life expectancy is decreasing. When analyzing the causes of mortality according to the Federal State Statistics Service, it was revealed that most cases are noncommunicable diseases, their determinants are biological, the state of the environment, medical care, conditions and lifestyle of people. The aim of the study is to identify the degree of commitment of the population of the city of Vladivostok to a healthy lifestyle.
