Pilomatrix carcinoma (PC) is a rare malignant adnexal tumor originating from follicular matrix cells primarily impacting Caucasian males. This review provides a comprehensive analysis of scientific literature on PC through an exploration of 206 cases reported between 1980 and 2024. We discuss the epidemiology, clinical presentation, histopathology, and diagnostic challenges of PC, and explore various treatment methods for this rare malignancy as well as their associated outcomes.

BACKGROUND Neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) of the cervix is rare and has high mortality and recurrence rates. The clinical symptoms of cervical NEC, such as abnormal vaginal bleeding and discharge, are similar to those of other cervical cancers. Here, we describe a case involving a 42-year-old woman with cervical NEC accompanied by an isolated large ovarian metastasis.

Introduction: Mucinous Cystadenocarcinoma (MCA) of the breast remains a relatively rare condition, and to date, there is no systematic summary of its imaging manifestations. Therefore, this report presents a detailed account of the diagnosis and treatment of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma in a 40-year-old woman, with a particular focus on imaging findings. Additionally, we conducted a comprehensive literature review on this disease and summarized its key imaging features.

Background: Pilomatrixoma is an uncommon benign skin neoplasm originating from the hair follicle. Here, we report a rare case of giant and atypical proliferating pilomatrixoma affecting the eyelid.
Case Presentation: A 47-year-old male presented with a solitary, giant mass on his left upper eyelid, which had recently shown progressive enlargement.
