Background: Multiple myeloma (MM) with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is relatively rare, and the specific mechanism is still unclear. The previous infection, surgery, and medication use may have contributed to the occurrence of GBS. The use of bortezomib in patients with MM can easily lead to peripheral neuropathy, which is similar to the symptoms of GBS, making it challenging to diagnose GBS.

Objective: To explore the influence of respiratory infections on the onset of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura (HSP) in children, along with exploring potential underlying mechanisms.
Method: The present study conducted a statistical analysis on renal involvement indicators in 296 children with HSP who came to the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University, as well as the IgA levels in 400 children with respiratory infections and 400 children with HSP.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of exercise training on the bone marrow immune microenvironment and on minimal residual disease of multiple myeloma patients who completed first-line induction treatment. Eight multiple myeloma patients underwent 5 months of exercise training along with standard medical treatment.
