Nitrogen doping emerges as a potent approach to enhance the oxidase-like activity of carbon nanozymes. However, the unclear knowledge of the active nitrogen species within nitrogen-doped carbon nanozymes hinders the advancement of high-performance carbon nanozymes. Herein, a group of nitrogen-doped carbon (N/C) nanozymes with controllable nitrogen dopants are successfully synthesized via a dicyandiamide-assisted pyrolysis method.

Our study was conducted in Morocco, a country characterized by widespread Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccination and a moderate TB burden of 93 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 2022. We examined both the prevalence of LTBI among Moroccan HCWs and its various risk factors.

Tumor metastasis is a difficult clinical problem to solve due to tumor heterogeneity and the emergence of antiapoptotic clones driven by tumor evolution. Clinical combination chemotherapy remains a standard treatment for solid metastasis tumors but with worse treatment efficiency. It is worth exploring a high-efficiency and low-side-effect therapeutic method to solve solid metastases.

Introduction: Dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) is a major determinant of cancer 5-fluorouracyl (5-FU) resistance via its direct degradation. However, the mechanisms of tumoral DPD upregulation have not been fully understood.
Objectives: This study aimed to explore the role of S1PR2 in the regulation of tumoral DPD expression, identifying S1PR2 as the potential target for reversing 5-FU resistance.

Precise estimates of vehicular emissions at fine spatial scales are essential for effective emission reduction strategies. Achieving high-resolution vehicular emission inventories necessitates detailed data on traffic flow, driving patterns, and vehicle speeds for each road network segment. However, in developing countries, the lack of comprehensive traffic data, limited infrastructure, and insufficient monitoring systems constrains the development of high-resolution inventories.
