Bilateral scrotal masses may present as polyorchidism or benign neoplasms. Epidermoid cysts (ECs) are common benign cutaneous lesions that are characterized by encapsulated sebaceous cysts containing keratin. These cysts can undergo complications such as ruptures, infections, or daughter cyst formation.

Hypospadias is a common congenital malformation of the reproductive system; however, to date, no cases of hypospadias complicated by polyorchidism have been reported in the literature. This article reports a case of a 1-year-old boy presenting with hypospadias, who was also diagnosed with polyorchidism combined with cryptorchidism. Preoperative Doppler ultrasound revealed two testes on the right side, and an atrophic testis on the left.

Introduction: Triorchidism is a rare anomaly whose management raised considerable discussion. Several factors must be considered, including the patient's age, the testes location, their functional status, and the accessibility and compliance for follow-up. We present a case of triorchidism diagnosed incidentally during a routine hernioplasty procedure, serving educational and informative purposes.

This report describes the rare case of transverse testicular ectopia (TTE) associated with polyorchidism in a 16-month-old male, successfully managed through laparoscopic surgery. The patient presented with bilateral cryptorchidism, a palpable mass in the right inguinal canal and an absent left-side gonad. Ultrasound revealed three gonad-like structures.
