Objective: Intradialytic hypotension (IDH), a common complication of hemodialysis (HD), is associated with increased cardiovascular risk, morbidity, and mortality. Fatigue is one of the most frequent symptoms of IDH, and deteriorates the quality of life of patients. Herein we report our experience using autologous serum therapy in eight patients with recalcitrant chronic spontaneous urticaria.
