Background: Concept maps are a suitable method for teaching clinical reasoning (CR). For example, in a concept map, findings, tests, differential diagnoses, and treatment options can be documented and connected to each other. When combined with virtual patients, automated feedback can be provided to the students' concept maps.

Purpose Of Review: This review presents contemporary data on epidemiology, common presentations, investigations and diagnostic algorithms, treatment and prognosis. It particularly focuses on topics of most relevance to heart failure specialists, including what left ventricle (LV) function changes can be expected after treatment and outcomes to all standard and advanced heart failure therapies.
Recent Findings: Around 5% of sarcoidosis patients have clinically manifest cardiac sarcoidosis (CS), presenting with significant arrhythmias (such as conduction disturbances and ventricular arrhythmias) or newly developed unexplained heart failure.

As many treatments kill tumor cells by inducing apoptosis, fluorescent probes that can detect apoptosis are crucial for effective feedback regarding tumor therapy outcomes (in particular, activatable probes for better imaging). Cathepsins are enzymes that are released from lysosomes into the cytoplasm during lysosomal membrane permeabilization-induced apoptosis of many tumor cells, making them potential biomarkers of apoptotic cells. Despite their potential, to the best of our knowledge, no cathepsin-activatable fluorescent probes have been reported for this purpose.

Objective: The appearance of the SARS-CoV-2 virus led to the adoption of extreme health measures aimed at containing or minimizing the effects of the pandemic it produced. These measures had a significant impact on people's physical and mental health, causing a drastic decrease in the health-related quality of life by losing one of its fundamental pillars, social health. With this study, we aimed to assess the self-perceived health status after the end of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Study Design: Prospective cohort study.
Objective: This study aims to define Substantial Clinical Benefit (SCB) thresholds for PROMIS physical function (PF) and pain interference (PI) in lumbar or thoracolumbar spine surgery population.
Summary Of Background Data: Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) are widely used in spine surgery to assess treatment efficacy.
