There is limited research concerning the transgender population's health issues, such as gender dysphoria, and disparities within the healthcare system, especially in the Latino or Hispanic population. This study aimed to report the case of a Puerto Rican transgender man who achieved pregnancy without reproductive assistance after cessation of testosterone therapy for 3 months and who in the postpartum period experienced significant gender dysphoria. A narrative literature review was carried out to identify the role of gender dysphoria in pregnancy, lactation, health-related spaces, and mental health.

An ongoing debate on the association between phonological processing and number knowledge concerns the extent to which they influence each other during early childhood. The current study aims to establish the direction of the developmental relationship between these two kinds of abilities at an early age. This study encompasses the explication of systematic spatial distribution patterns and identification of hotspots of contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) across the network of rivers, including Yarlung Tsangpo River and its tributaries in Xizang Plateau. A total of 16 CECs were detected in wide range of frequencies and concentrations ranging from below limit of detection (BLD) - 163.13 ng/L across the river network, indicating widespread spatial heterogeneity.
