The 2030 French Innovation Healthcare national plan defined "Digital Healthcare" as one of its priority. The deployment of digital pathology and artificial intelligence fits perfectly into this framework. Therefore we evaluated the pathologist's interest in those fields by conducting an online survey among members of the French Society of Pathology, mainly composed of senior pathologists and trainees (n=2301).

Introduction: While a number of studies have examined the effects of prenatal exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) on childhood obesity, the results reported have been inconsistent and few studies have integrated biological markers. The aim of this study was to investigate the associations between prenatal exposure to PFAS and cardiometabolic health parameters at age 12, taking pubertal stage into consideration.
Method: This study included 394 mother-child pairs enrolled in the PELAGIE mother-child cohort (France).

This article draws on the framework of the Montreal model applied to primary care, as well as the results of a research project that identified the key success factors for integrating patient partners into a multi-professional nursing home.

Background: The Checkmate 067 randomized controlled trial, published in 2015, demonstrated improved progression-free survival and numerically, although not statistically, superior overall survival for ipilimumab + nivolumab. The objective of this study was to compare the efficacy and safety of nivolumab to ipilimumab + nivolumab as first-line treatment for metastatic melanoma in a real-world setting.
Methods: Patients were prospectively included in the French Melbase cohort from 2013 to 2022.

Purpose: Trimodal therapy, an organ-sparing alternative, may be proposed for selected patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer instead of radical cystectomy. In this multicentre retrospective study, we aimed to assess the oncological outcomes of patients who had trimodal therapy for a muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
Materials And Methods: Seventy-three patients from four centres treated who had trimodal therapy (maximal transurethral resection of bladder tumour and concomitant chemoradiotherapy) for localized muscle-invasive bladder cancer were included.
