Article Abstract
The colorimetric method for determination of triamcinolone, triamcinolone acetonide and fluocinonide in tablets, ointments and cream using isonicotinic acid hydrazide is proposed. This method provides a precise and reproducible results (recovery ranged within 97.42-101.75%, variation coefficient ranged within 0.99-2.56%).

Methods: Six databases were systematically searched for eligible studies up to 30 April 2023, on interventions to prevent esophageal stenosis post-ER. Odds ratios (ORs) evaluated stenosis rate (primary outcome) and complications (secondary outcome), while mean differences (MD) evaluated endoscopic balloon dilatation (EBD) sessions post-stenosis.

Objectives: Drug-loaded mucoadhesive silk fibroin (SF) microneedle patch can overcome the limitations of low bioavailability and significant pain associated with traditional treatment methods, such as topical application or injection of triamcinolone for oral submucous fibrosis (OSF). However, these systems release the drug too quickly, failing to meet the clinical requirements.
