Background: In western Kenya, a cluster-randomized trial is assessing the impact of attractive targeted sugar baits (ATSBs) on malaria in children enrolled in three consecutive cohorts. Here, characteristics of children and households at enrolment, and factors associated with baseline malaria prevalence are described.

Methods: Children aged 1 to < 15 years were randomly selected by cluster (n = 70) from a census database.

Purpose: To explore the emotions, concerns and reactions of sperm donor candidates to their rejection by the sperm bank.

Methods: An online questionnaire was administered at Cryos International in the USA and Denmark to sperm donor candidates who had received notification that they were ineligible to donate.

Results: A total of 101 rejected donor candidates completed the questionnaire.

Background: It remains unclear what proportion of patients with tricuspid regurgitation (TR) are suitable candidates for transcatheter tricuspid valve intervention (TTVI) in clinical practice.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to ascertain the prevalence of eligibility for tricuspid transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (T-TEER) and transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) devices among patients with TR.

Methods: The tricuspid valve anatomy of all consecutive patients with TR who were considered for TTVI in local heart team conferences was retrospectively reviewed.
