Introduction And Importance: Internal and spontaneous bilio-digestive fistulas, without primary biliary disease, are an infrequent complication of the upper digestive tract. We report a case of a Hook-shaped distal common bile duct due to peptic ulcer mimicking cholangiocarcinoma.
Case Report: A 63-year-old patient, with no medical history, presented to the emergency department with recent jaundice.

The incidence of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction has been gradually increasing in recent years. Due to the smaller resection range, partial preservation of the function of stomach, high safety, better postoperative nutritional status, and lesser negative psychological impact on patients, the application of proximal gastrectomy has increased significantly. Proximal gastrectomy disrupts the normal anatomical structure of the esophagogastric junction, resulting in permanent loss of the anti-reflux function of the cardia.

Median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS) is a rare condition in which the median arcuate ligament (MAL) exerts external compression on the celiac trunk. Most cases are asymptomatic and diagnosed incidentally on radiographic imaging; however, some patients may experience gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms related to foregut ischemia and/or celiac neuropathy. In the following case, we present a patient with hemorrhagic peptic ulcer disease of the duodenum, which resulted in episodes of hemodynamic instability requiring multiple blood transfusions.
