Background: Bifrontal craniotomy is one of the most common surgical approaches for dealing with anterior skull base lesions. However, this procedure occasionally presents complications like anosmia, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage, infection, and cosmetic problems. Although previous reports suggested various solutions, there remains a need to further refine the procedure to ensure better outcomes.

The advantage of using temporary anchorage devices (TADs) in the treatment of bilateral palatally impacted canines is the ability to exert more controlled and directed forces on the impacted tooth. Utilizing TADs might result in enhanced outcomes, including better tooth positioning within the dental arch and reduced risk of complications, such as root resorption.

BACKGROUND Ameloblastoma is a locally aggressive, benign, odontogenic tumor. Reports suggest that the chances of recurrence of this tumor are high if treated with a conservative approach. Concordantly, surgical removal of the lesion along with the affected adjacent tissues and bone structure is recommended to reduce the chances of recurrence.

This identical twin case demonstrates the aesthetic differences of two different body contouring procedures in alike patients. Body contouring improves physical, psychosocial, and sexual function therefore providing the best possible aesthetic outcome for massive weight loss patients is important. The Fleur-de-Lis pattern should be strongly considered when dealing with moderate to significant horizontal skin excess of the abdomen to obtain the best possible contouring and create an attractive female contour of hip and waist.
