Background: Although targeting atrial fibrillation (AF) drivers and substrates has been used as an effective adjunctive ablation strategy for patients with persistent AF (PsAF), it can result in iatrogenic scar-related atrial tachycardia (iAT) requiring additional ablation. Personalized atrial digital twins (DTs) have been used preprocedurally to devise ablation targeting that eliminate the fibrotic substrate arrhythmogenic propensity and could potentially be used to predict and prevent postablation iAT.
Objectives: In this study, the authors sought to explore possible alternative configurations of ablation lesions that could prevent iAT occurrence with the use of biatrial DTs of prospectively enrolled PsAF patients.

Purpose: Assessing whether single-lead ECG can be effectively and relatively inexpensively used in large-scale OSA screening, and identifying factors influencing moderate-to-severe OSA among elderly hypertensive patients without atypical symptoms in primary care.
Methods: The study gathered data from 15 medical institutions in Ningxia between January and December 2022 using cloud platforms. The dataset included basic information and 72-h ECG monitoring for 2573 hypertensive patients over 65.

Background: Anatomic and electrophysiologic findings suggest that the actual circuit of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) involves the perinodal atrium. However, occasional instances in which the atrium is dissociated from the AVNRT have led to the concept of an upper common pathway (UCP).
Objective: We aimed to assess the prevalence of UCP in AVNRT using a late atrial premature depolarization (LAPD) maneuver.

Background: Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) may lead to decreased quality of life (QOL) and increased anxiety and depression in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT), possibly due to the lack of selectivity of the ablation tissue and the long ablation time. In recent years, pulsed field ablation (PFA) has been used for the first time in China to treat PSVT patients because of its ability to ablate abnormal tissue sites in a precise and transient manner. This study was conducted to compare the effects of PFA and RFCA on QOL and psychological symptoms of PSVT patients.
