An additional case of "reticular hyperplasia" is described. The clinical picture is trimorphic with grouped nodules, spinulosismus-like and parapsoriasiform lesions. Histologically there are dense lymphoreticular, partly eosinophilic infiltrates with leucocytoclastic cell aggregates, which, however, do not resemble mycosis fungoides nor a reticulosis. The causative agent was most likely the external use of remedy for an amputation stump containing ethereal oils, which had been used over decades. Positive provocation tests confirmed the diagnosis.

Lichen planus is a common mucocutaneous disorder that can affect various parts of the body, with its erosive variant typically involving the oral mucosa. This work describes the synthesis of ordered 3D siloxane-silsesquioxane reticular materials with silicate D4R cubes (SiO), harvested from a sacrificial tetrabutylammonium cyclosilicate hydrate (TBA-CySH) precursor, interlinked with octyl and dicyclopentyl (Cp) hydrocarbon functionalities in a one-step synthesis with organodichlorosilanes. Advanced solid-state NMR spectroscopy allowed us to unravel the molecular order of the nodes and their interconnection by the silicone linkers. In the case of octyl-methyl silicone linkers, changing the silane-to-silicate ratio in the synthesis allowed for tuning the length of the linker between the nodes.

Background: Dyskeratosis congenita is a rare genetic disease due to telomere biology disorder and characterized by heterogeneous clinical manifestations and severe complications. "Porto-sinusoidal vascular disease" has been recently proposed, according to new diagnostic criteria, to replace the term "idiopathic non-cirrhotic portal hypertension." TERT plays an important role in telomeric DNA repair and replication.

Prurigo Pigmentosa is a rare inflammatory skin disease of unknown origin, characterized by pruritic, erythematous papules on the chest, back, neck, and anterior abdomen. The eruption resolves with reticular hyperpigmentation that cosmetically affects the patient's quality of life. Previous reports highlighted the role of the Ketogenic diet in triggering the disease in young female patients, however, no study reported the occurrence of Prurigo Pigmentosa in siblings of one family, unrelated to a ketogenic diet.
