We have measured transverse momentum distributions of charged hadrons produced in d+Au collisions at sqrt[s(NN)]=200 GeV. The spectra were obtained for transverse momenta 0.25

Here the monocation complexes of seven -cryptophanes are examined with high-resolution ion-mobility mass spectrometry. The relative size of the [cation + cryptophane] complexes were compared based on their measured mobilities and derived collisional cross sections. A paradoxical trend of structural contraction was observed for complexes of increasing cation size.

The transverse momentum (p) spectra of protons (p), deuterons (d), and tritons (t) in 200 GeV gold-gold (Au + Au) collisions at RHIC are examined across a range of centrality bins using the Levy Tsallis (TS) statistical model. The model's predictions closely match the experimental results from PHENIX (p) and STAR (d and t) Collaborations. Kinetic freeze-out temperatures of hadrons are obtained from particle spectra.

Hypothesis: Naturally extracted polysaccharides, such as guar gum, are promising candidates for environmentally friendly flotation reagents. It is hypothesized that the kinetics of collision of sub- to millimeter gas bubbles with a hydrophobic graphite surface, and the stability of thin liquid film formed between the bubble and surface is affected by an adsorbed layer of guar gum.
Experiments: A combination of gravimetric (quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation) and imaging (atomic force microscopy) techniques was used to investigate the adsorption of guar gum on graphite surface, while high-speed camera imaging allowed for direct observation of the bubble collision process with guar gum-modified graphite surfaces with millisecond resolution.

Utilizing the Modified Hagedorn function with embedded flow, we analyze the transverse momenta (pT) and transverse mass (mT) spectra of π+ in Au-Au, Cu-Cu, and d-Au collisions at sNN = 200 GeV across various centrality bins. Our study reveals the centrality and system size dependence of key freezeout parameters, including kinetic freezeout temperature (T0), transverse flow velocity (βT), entropy-related parameter (n), and kinetic freezeout volume (). Specifically, T0 and increase from central to peripheral collisions, while βT and show the opposite trend.
