Background: Our laboratory has demonstrated that the NLRP3 inflammasome has a critical role in the microglial innate immune response to Alzheimer's disease (AD)-related peptides, triggering the release of cleaved-caspase-1 and IL-1β. Background: The use of multiagent FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy for pancreatic adenocarcinoma in a neoadjuvant setting has been associated with an increased rate of complete pathological response (CPR) after surgery. This study investigated the long-term outcomes of patients with CPR in a multicenter setting to identify prognostic factors for overall survival (OS) and recurrence-free survival (RFS).
Methods: This retrospective cohort study examined biopsy-proven pancreatic adenocarcinomas with CPR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy and surgery, between January 2006 and December 2023 across 22 French and 2 Belgian centers.

This work connects the calorimetric responses of different rubber-resin blends with varying resin contents with their alpha relaxation dynamics. We used differential scanning calorimetry and broadband dielectric spectroscopy to characterize the calorimetric and dielectric responses of styrene-butadiene, polybutadiene, and polyisoprene with different resin contents. To model the results, we used the Gordon-Taylor equation combined with an extension of the Adam-Gibbs approach.

To evaluate mechanisms of response to RPT+ICI, we used NM600, an alkylphosphocholine selectively taken up by most tumors. Effects of Y-, Lu-, and Ac-NM600 + ICIs were compared in syngeneic murine models, B78 melanoma (poorly immunogenic) and MC38 colorectal cancer (immunogenic).
